To apply to a scholarship listed below, click the “Sign In” button.

1. Sign In with CSUN Portal login credentials (User ID and Password) and complete a General Application each academic year.
   *Unless otherwise noted, students enrolled in self-support programs through Tseng College are not eligible to apply.
2. Review your list of Recommended Scholarships
   * Your Recommended Scholarships are based on your student record and the answers provided in your General Application
3. Submit MSP, NSP, Club, Office, College, Department applications
   *Carefully review the eligibility criteria for individual scholarships and note deadline dates as each opportunity is unique.
   
   

Important information:

• Scholarship application materials, including letters of recommendation, are all due by the deadline noted within each opportunity.
• Incomplete applications that are NOT completed by the deadline will be eliminated from further consideration.
• All scholarships close at 11:59 P.M. Pacific Standard Time on the noted deadline date.
• Most scholarships listed will be awarded for the Fall 2023 – Spring 2024 term.
• A few opportunities may be available for the current Fall 2022 – Spring 2023 term.
• A number of colleges, departments, clubs, and offices throughout campus used myMatador Scholarship portal to run scholarship competitions.
• The majority of the opportunities offered on this site are part of the;
  
  Matador Scholarship Program (MSP) runs: February-May
  Northridge Scholarship Program (NSP) runs: January-March
• New opportunities are added periodically, come back to view what’s new!
• If you are receiving Financial Aid (including loans), your financial aid award(s) may be adjusted if you receive a scholarship amount that exceeds your financial aid total limit. Speak to a financial aid counselor during walk-in hours to get a detailed overview about your individual situation.
