Midori Murata Scholarship

Spring 2026 Award

The Midori Murata Scholarship provides financial support to an undergraduate student enrolled in the Information Systems major within the Systems and Operations Management Department at California State University, Northridge.

This scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate academic achievement, financial need, and leadership involvement.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must be enrolled in the Information Systems major (Systems and Operations Management Department).
  • Must be a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior during Spring 2026 (Freshmen are not eligible).
  • Must be enrolled in a minimum of 15 units during the Spring 2026 term.
  • Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
  • Must demonstrate financial need and leadership qualities.

If you are receiving financial aid (including loans), your financial aid award(s) may be adjusted if you receive a scholarship that exceeds your total aid limit or Cost of Attendance (COA). Speak with a financial aid counselor during walk-in hours for a detailed overview of your individual situation.
