Lazarony Memorial Scholarship
Fall 2026 Award
The David R. Lazarony Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a Real Estate major who has demonstrated academic excellence, financial need, and a commitment to current and future community service.
Seniors graduating in Spring 2026 or Summer 2026 are not eligible to apply.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Junior or Senior at the time of application.
- Must be a Business Law major.
- Must be enrolled during the awarding term.
- Must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 based on all coursework taken at CSUN (as reflected in the “All Coursework Taken at CSUN” section of the DPR).
- Must have completed at least two upper-division Real Estate courses (RE 412, RE 414, RE 416, RE 418, RE 420, RE 422, or BLAW 481) with a grade of B or higher.
- Must demonstrate academic excellence, financial need, and dedication to current and future community service.
