Milt and Debbie Valera Scholarship for Mike Curb College of Arts, Media, and Communication

Academic Year 2025-2026

The Milt and Debbie Valera Scholarship for Mike Curb College of Arts, Media, and Communication will be awarded to an enrolled student in the Mike Curb College of Arts, Media, and Communication in recognition of their academic success. This award will be given to students who have demonstrated financial need and a record of campus and community service.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must be a continuing undergraduate student.
• Must be a Current Sophomore, Junior, or Senior.
• Must have demonstrated exceptional campus and community service.
• Must have a FAFSA application on file for the upcoming academic year.
• Students must be enrolled full-time (12 units for Undergraduates; 8 units for Graduates) for the awarding term(s).
  *Any change to your enrollment status resulting in less than full-time enrollment for any term within the award year will result in a cancellation of your award.
• Applicant must have a minimum of 2.8 GPA.
• Students must have a declared Major in the Mike Curb College of Arts, Media, and Communication
