MSP Gene and Deanna Detchemendy Scholarship

The Gene and Deanna Detchemendy Scholarship Endowment was established to recognize and reward outstanding student leaders choosing to enhance their collegiate experience through fraternity or sorority life while pursuing their education at California State University, Northridge. Recipients must have demonstrated financial need – established by submitting a FAFSA or CADAA- and exhibit personal traits of leadership, scholarship and integrity. A preference will be given to students who hold a leadership position in their fraternity or sorority (i.e., Greek letter) at Cal State Northridge and who have demonstrated service to both the campus and Greek communities.

Please note: Any change to your enrollment status resulting in less than full time enrollment for any term within the award year will result in a cancellation of your award.
